Deleting Your Weezly Account
This page explains how to delete your Weezly account (operated by Easynote AB) and the data associated with it. It applies to the Weezly mobile app and the Weezly Outreach platform.
How to request deletion
Option 1: In the app (workspace / invited accounts)
- Open the Weezly app.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom.
- Confirm. Your account and data are permanently deleted, and any active subscription is cancelled.
Option 2: For Weezly accounts
Manage or close your account in Weezly at app.weezly.com, or email us using Option 3.
Option 3: By email (any account)
Email privacy@weezly.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account." We will verify the request and delete your account.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your account profile (name, email, login credentials)
- Your connected LinkedIn conversation data (messages, contacts, photos)
- Your contacts, leads, pipeline stages, and notes
- Your device push-notification tokens
- Any active subscription is cancelled
What data is kept, and for how long
- Account data is permanently deleted within 30 days of a verified request.
- We retain only the limited records we are legally required to keep (for example, transaction records required by tax or accounting law), for no longer than the period required by applicable law.
